Thanks for sharing this... that looks so nice actually. I would mind having an ear rub, haha. It was nice to see how you rubbed it into your fingers well first. I've applied this to my kids, but wasn't sure if I should dilute it or not. Thanks again!

I think I have two favorite oils.. is that OK? I can't decide which one is better.
Thieves: primarily because it helps protect me and my tyke from getting sick. I put it on our feet every day and so far this season we've been in the clear. Last year when I had a sinus infection, I put it in boiling water and inhaled it with a towel over my head and it helped open my passages right up.
Valor: Valor is my very favorite smell. It seems that every time I open it up I smell a different oil first.. spruce, tansy, or even blueberries (which aren't in there)! My good buddy EZoss suggested I use it throughout the last year when I had a very negative work environment and outlook. Putting it on my feet every morning really helped me stay positive for the day and realize there are more important things out there than condescending, under-educated witchy bosses.
I can't use Valor now since I'm prego (no blue tansy!) but I sure can't wait to use it again after Ice is born.

When my granddaughter was small she had frequent ear infections, and I only wish I had known about essential oils then. She is now 14. My daughter and I are both learning more about the use of these oils. I enjoy your articles.

Amber is amazing in its healing powers and not just for children. For centuries people have used amber for arthritis, respiratory infections including chronic asthma, as a stress reliever that interacts with the body's nervous system and much much more. Explore more research from the medical community and you will see some amazing results for natural Baltic amber. http://www.amberartisans.com/

I ordered the 5-day cleanse 2 months ago and I keep finding excuses to postpone my start. "well, this isn't a good week because we are having these people over for dinner..." and so on. I can feel your struggle with hunger and I'm not sure I will be able to resist for 5days. Are you doing the recommended snacks at all? Sunflower seeds was one I thought. Well, keep powering through, you are an inspiration in more ways then one...maybe next week is the week!

Awwww, what a cool story. Now THAT is inspirational.
I am so hooked on lavender oil. I use it in my hair to add some separation, rather than icky sticky pomade. I'd like to order some from you because I'm almost out. I'll check out your online store.
