Also just in case you’re wondering what on earth I’m talking about…I’m an essential oil distributor and I’d love to share these oils with you…so let me know if you want samples or to have a party. I figure the more people I’m around that use them the healthier we’ll all stay. www.youngliving.com is the web site if  you want to check them out…or just ask me because I heart talking about them.

The oil for this month is another one that is featured in the “Everyday Oils – Starter Kit.” https://www.youngliving.org/rs_ord_item_detail_popup.asp?ITEM_CODE=3700&IS_GUEST_SHOPPING_MODE=1&CC=

Lavender!
I know that many of you have heard of Lavender Essential Oil and probably have tried some at some point, in some way/shape/form. It is probably THE most versatile oil around. You an use it for nearly anything! The benefits of Young Living’s oils in particular is they are therapeutic grade and very pure, the purest you can get.

Lavender is an adaptogen, and therefore can assist the body when adapting to stress or imbalances. It is a great aid for relaxing and winding down before bedtime, yet has balancing properties that can also boost stamina and energy. Therapeutic-grade lavender is highly regarded for skin and beauty. It may be used to soothe and cleanse common cuts, bruises, and skin irritations. The French scientist René Gattefossé was among the first to discover these properties when he was severely burned in a laboratory explosion. Lavender may also be used to enhance the flavor of foods.

Here is another terrific link that is lavender specific. Check it out, it is the best!
